01Andrea Daloiso graduated in trumpet from the "G. Verdi" Conservatory in Milan with Maestro Gianmario Bonino, studied jazz guitar with Maestro Augusto Mancinelli, and earned a degree in jazz (with guitar) from the "G. Verdi" Conservatory in Milan with Maestro Tino Tracanna. He has played guitar with artists such as Rhys Chatham, Kim & the Cadillac, and Ankawa, was principal trumpet of the "Giorgio Strehler" Chamber Orchestra in Milan and principal trumpet of the University of Milan Big Band, collaborated as a guitarist with the Ensemble Strumentale Fermano, and performed throughout Italy and Europe as guitarist and trumpeter with Maestro Franco Reitano's orchestra. In 2008, he formed his trio, the "Andrea Daloiso Trio," with Beppe La Palorcia on double bass and Marcello Cerra on drums. In 2009, they recorded "Allippando," a track from the compilation "United Jazz Artists of Milan. In February 2024, the trio's second album, "Blu Oltremare," was released on Italian Way Music. With his trio, he has participated in music festivals such as "Ricordando Estival Jazz" in Lugano and "Jazzando giovani" in Locate di Triulzi.
