Marco Malandra comes from a family of professional musicians, who have played in symphony orchestras, military bands and music academies among the most important in Italy. He graduated with honors in saxophone at the Conservatory of Pescara under the guidance of maestro Gaetano Di Bacco. He was invited in 2006 to the annual review, to participate in the competition among the best graduated musicians of the year. He began his concert activity with the Saxsophia quartet of which he is one of the founders, receiving various appreciations and collaborations with international and non-international composers, with whom he was invited to the International Organ Festival of Morges, in Switzerland. He began to play and attend harmony and improvisation courses around Italy and Europe and chamber music courses with European classical concert artists. He has collaborated in some records for the Cei, Giulio Corda, KAma, Opera Seconda, etc. He also actively collaborates with other independent labels of the chill deep circuit. He plays with local and non-local bands and has been working as a professional in the music sector as a saxophonist and music producer for years.
