Graduated in journalism, at 20 years she creates and directs the House Organ, Institutional Organ, of the first private Argentinian television, CableVisiòn. She coordinates internal communication, assisting the evolution and transformation of this broadcasting station by cable toward a MCO – Multi Channel Operator. Inserted in a reality which the audience tv, radio, cinema and internet, she trains the staff to business communication. Tempted by an offer from the competitor company, at 23 years old, started to work to Multicanal, first Latin American company for optical network and multimedia contents. There she brings the company towards the T.Q.M. Certification, creating all the communication contents, linked to marketing and procedures. Today Multicanal is the only Latin American firm which has gained the International Standard of Excellence COPC 2000. After reaching these objectives she becomes a consultant for communication for the Argentinian Ministry of Labour and Productivity in her home town. She used her past as a model to get in touch with a later organise cultural events for famous chain department stores. She decides to vary her activities being at the same time a journalist and a columnist for the Theatre and the Arts. Through this she interviews famous painters, musicians, actors and phylosophers in Argentina; her program being broadcasted on the channel CBA. Thanks to this contact with the artistic world she discovers a passion for music. She brings to Italy her love for music which she combines with her gift for communication creating Italian Way Music Record Label Company. Although Italy is famous in the world as a Style Icon, Roxana notices that music seems left out compared to the other forms of art. The objective is to bring to life together the Italian artists with the prestigious made in Italy: Quality music offered by Italian Way Music for every occasion.

Artistic consultant and producing discographer, realizing in his sonorizzazioni recording studies for synchronizations \ displays, sound-tracks audio for parades of fashion, hymns for sporting teams, abbreviations for Festivals and National Contests, jingles for advertising spots and promoter of new events. At present in worldwide ratings with Ambient and New Age projects (Russia, Corea, America) and European ratings with pop-dance projects (Austria, Poland, Romania) and Elettro-pop (Germany, Sweden, Norvegia). He has matured years of experience in the musical sector, at first as musician and then in the field of the musical consultation for the editings of Sky Tv Italy and, currently, for productions Mediaset. He has composed and performed music new age, light music, jazz. Its activity sees him besides alternate as arranger near studies of recording and shift-worker in different projects of music live. It develops besides didactic activity as teacher of guitar.
Mirko Fait, child of art, he approached music at a young age. His cultural background is mainly jazz as a child does not listen much, because the father is passionate of this kind of music. At the age of 5 he begins to study the guitar and at the age of 25 he choses the sax, the instrument closer to his imaginary. Although it is an advertising professional, now campaigning in different formations, but the great impulse to the music completely overwhelms only when work is combined with a passion. In 1994, he began writing for the first free press in Milan, Milan to successfully care scene where a section of jazz and after one year, due to the engaging and enthusiastic way of writing he is called to follow the jazz and writing in the newspaper national "The independent one" made famous by Vittorio Feltri. The style appeals to the director and from jazz its repertoire expands to classical, pop and finally to all the music. In the meantime, he continues to play and draw on the hundreds of musical experiences, both as a listener and as a professional. This gives him the capatibility to get to manage different nights at the premises in Milan and later to understand what the public asks. Thanks to the fortuitous meeting with Italian Way Music he starts recording some productions of a series of CDs of some success. The numerous knowledges in musical circle of Mirko Fait widen so the stable jazz of IWM. After the last record initiative, United Jazz Artists (11 jazz bands in Milan), promoted and sponsored by Gabriella Niccolai, and whose Mirko Fait is its artistic director, the Italian Way Music inserts him to full title in its staff as artistic director of the jazz section.
